Tennis Lessons - Forehand Loop - Tennis Instruction Here you’ll see some perfect forehands, and some not-so-clean forehands. We are working on going to our unit turn and hitting a set-up, instead of getting to the ball late and swinging our body at the ball. With a good unit turn, positioning and contact point, the stroke flows. I’m sure you can tell which ones are solid and which ones aren’t. Comments welcome.
